SHIPPING

We ship our botanical creations all across North America and offer complimentary shipping over $150 CDN. 

TIMING

Online orders generally ship from our shop on Bowen Island within 1-3 days of the order being placed. We make all products in small batches for optimal freshness. Occasionally your order may be delayed a day or two as we are packaging up a new batch of an item. If you have a date that you need the product before, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite your parcel if needed.

CANADA & USA

For Canadian orders, we use Canada Post.

For US orders, we use USPS for standard ground shipping, and DHL Express for express shipping. We are located on a small island, so please expect 1-2 business days delay in movement of your parcel once you receive the tracking number. The parcels need to reach the mainland before the carrier scans the parcel, but it is indeed in transit!

DHL Express does not ship to PO Boxes. Please select USPS standard ground shipping for PO Boxes to the US.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Sangre de Fruta products and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. We offer samples or travel size of most products on our website, so you can test the products before purchasing the full size item. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances. Please email orders@sangredefruta.com with any concerns about your purchase.

LOST PACKAGES

If your parcel has been lost during shipping, please reach out to us at orders@sangredefruta.com. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
