Ingredients
4 oz bourbon
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz maple syrup (dark, if you have it)
2–3 immortelle blossoms
Ice
Dried citrus wheels for garnish
Instructions
Stir the bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup with ice until chilled and smooth, then strain into two rocks glasses over large cubes. Garnish each with a dried citrus wheel and a single immortelle blossom.
