2 oz. Botanical Gin
1 oz. Lavender Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Edible Lavender
1 lemon slice, for garnish
5 Ice cubes
Instructions
Combine gin, lavender syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until ice-cold, then pour into coup glass. Garish with edible lavender and a lemon wheel.
