My Mother's Garden
1 minute read
A botanical symphony where rose, lavender, and lemon converge—a heart-opening elixir designed for a moment of quiet repose. Effervescent, crisp, and kissed with sweetness, it is best sipped in the sun, among the very flowers that inspired it.

Ingredients
1 cup sparkling water or tonic (for mocktail) / sparkling wine or prosecco (for cocktail)
1 tsp lavender syrup (lavender = nurturing, calm)
1 tsp rosewater (rose = love, compassion)
1 sprig lemon balm (lemon balm = soothing, maternal energy)
Fresh lemon wheel or edible flower, for garnish
Instructions
Begin your ritual by filling a glass with ice, followed by a pour of lavender syrup and a splash of rosewater. Top with your choice of sparkling water or a crisp sparkling wine, stirring gently to marry the botanical notes. To finish, garnish with a fresh sprig of lemon balm and a lemon wheel or an edible flower; for a more immersive aroma, we suggest muddling a few fresh petals at the bottom of the glass before you begin.
