Daily:Tea & Skincare
This year, we’re making it a goal to start or end each day with a cup of tea and 5 minutes of skincare. A simple face wash, lotion, and serum will do the trick.
Weekly:Aromatherapy Bath
Light and candle and sprinkle some salts into your weekly bath for a relaxing and uplifting reprieve.
Monthly: Salt Polish
Once a month, slough off dead skin with a magnesium rich salt polish—bath salts + body serum will keep your skin smooth and hydrated.
