STUDIO + PRODUCTION ASSISTANT  -  PART-TIME 

Job Description

Position Title:  STUDIO + PRODUCTION ASSISTANT  - PART-TIME (SEASONAL WITH POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND)

Reports to:       Studio Manager + Production Manager

Works with:      HQ team

Job Location:     563 Artisan Lane, Bowen Island, BC, Canada

Wage:  Hourly $18 - $22 per hour 

Hours: 2-3 days per week (office hours 9-4:30 M-F )

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to join our team on a part time basis. Based in Artisan Square on Bowen Island we make 100% plant-based, artisanal skincare for the local and international market. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We have a part-time position available on Bowen Island to work in our head office and production studio assisting with production and order fulfilment. We're heading into our busy season and looking for someone who can help out around the studio in both production and studio. 

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing wholesale and online orders - picking & packing our botanical products into boxes small and large for various orders

Liaising with couriers and Canada Post

General upkeep and organisation of the shop and studio 

Writing hand written notes for customers 

Helping walk-in customers in the Artisan Square shop  

Assisting the production team in the creation of artisanal products with labelling, polishing, boxing, wrapping and all sorts

Able to prioritize & manage various tasks in a busy work environment

Experience working in a product-based business / wholesale/online business

Interest in botanical skincare

Bowen Island based
