The star of this blend is undoubtedly the Oud — a rare and exquisite note I wanted to let speak for itself. Its complexity and depth form the heart of the scent profile.
To complement its richness, I’ve added some subtle layers: Neroli for its gentle bitterness, Rose for warmth and sweetness, Frankincense to lift and brighten, and English Lavender (Maillette, from Salt Spring Island) for an herbal balance.
Each precious oil is blended into Jojoba and poured by hand into vials at our Bowen Island studio. Using a small scale and pipette, I transfer the blend from beaker to labelled roll-on jar — a slow, deliberate process — before polishing and placing each one in its box
